Admission merit list will be published on this website after completion of registration process for which dates will be announced later.Those registered students whose name will not be there in the merit list ,there registration fee will be refunded automatically in the account from which they paid there registration fee after deducting transaction charges(and tax on that fee if any) of bank.There shall be no offline refund of registration fee. Once students name is there in merit list, registration fee will not be refunded in any condition.Those candidates whose Intermediate results are awaited ,there registration fee will also be returned if they wont get necessary marks in Intermediate exams as per admission criteria.Registration fee will also be fortified in case of wrong information provided by you during filling of registration form. Those students who have applied for more than one course,there registration fee for all other applied courses shall be returned once they take admission in any one of applied course.If they wont take admission in any of the applied course,there all registration fee will be fortified.
Except for above said conditions,registration fee once paid,shall not be refunded in any other condition.Therefore you are advised to fill this registration form only if you are seriously interested in taking admission in our college for session 2020-21.

(यह आनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म सामान्य (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर) वर्ग में आवेदन करने के इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों पे लागू नहीं है I उन अभ्यर्थियों की पृथक प्रवेश प्रक्रिया शासन से निर्देश प्राप्त होने के पश्चात तदनुसार की जाएगी I यह आनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म विदेशी मूल के नागरिकों पे भी लागू नहीं है और वे उत्तर प्रदेश स्टेट मेडिकल फ़ैकल्टी से संपर्क करें )कृपया इस ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण आवेदन को भरने के पूर्व अपने कोर्स में प्रवेश के नियम एवं फॉर्म भरने के निर्देशों को भली भांति पढ़ लें I प्रवेश की अर्हता जानने के लिए इस वेबसाइट के होम पेज पे जाएँ और Courses के बटन को क्लिक करें और फिर जिस कोर्स में आप प्रवेश के इच्छुक हैं उसका चयन करें I किसी भी जानकारी के लिए 7705909071 अथवा 9838501709 पर काल कर लें Iपंजीकरण शुल्क सभी कोर्स के लिए Rs 10000/-(रुपया दस हजार मात्र ) है I पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के 24 घंटे के भीतर हमारे विद्यालय के प्रतिनिधि आपसे संपर्क करेंगे एवं आगे की प्रक्रिया हेतु निर्देशित करेंगे I कृपया ध्यान दें कि पंजीकरण / रजिस्ट्रेशन का अर्थ प्रवेश नहीं है I रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया समाप्त हो जाने के पश्चात प्रवेश हेतु मेरिट लिस्ट जारी की जाएगी (तारीख की सूचना बाद में घोषित की जाएगी)I वह सभी पंजीकृत विद्यार्थी जिनका नाम मेरिट लिस्ट में नहीं होगा उनके द्वारा जमा किया गया पंजीकरण शुल्क उसी खाते में स्वतः वापस भेज दिया जाएगा जिस खाते से उन्होने पंजीकरण शुल्क जमा किया था(बैंक/सरकार द्वारा काटे गए शुल्क/कर/अधिभार को घटा कर(यदि कोई) ) I पंजीकरण शुल्क का किसी भी रूप में आफलाइन भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा I एक बार विद्यार्थी का नाम मेरिट लिस्ट में आ जाने के पश्चात पंजीकरण शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा I यदि अभ्यर्थी की इंटरमिडियट परीक्षा के परिणाम अभी घोषित नहीं हुये हैं और परिणाम घोषित होने के पश्चात उसके आवश्यक अंक (जितना उस कोर्स की न्यूनतम अर्हता के अनुसार अनिवार्य है) नहीं आते हैं तो उसका पंजीकरण शुल्क वापस कर दिया जाएगा I ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरते समय यदि आपके द्वारा गलत सूचना प्रदान की गई होगी तो भी आपका पंजीकरण शुल्क जब्त कर लिया जाएगा I यदि विद्यार्थी द्वारा एक से अधिक कोर्स हेतु आवेदन किया गया है तो उसके द्वारा अंततः जिस कोर्स में प्रवेश लिया जाएगा उसके अतिरिक्त शेष अन्य आवेदित कोर्स का पंजीकरण शुल्क वापस कर दिया जाएगा I
कृपया ध्यान दें कि उक्त के अतिरिक्त किसी भी अन्य अवस्था में पंजीकरण शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा I अतः आप ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण तभी भरें जब आप इस विद्यालय में सत्र 2020-21 में प्रवेश लेने के लिए गंभीर हों I
